Please read these terms carefully before using the Unfoldloom website or placing an order.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Unfoldloom website and any purchase made through it. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this website.
Unfoldloom is an online store for ethnic wear — sarees, lehengas, kurtis and blouses for women; kurta pajamas, sherwanis, Nehru jackets and Indo Western outfits for men; and kids wear for boys and girls — operated by proprietor Vivek Kumar. All references to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Unfoldloom.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other accounts, or any systems connected to it.
We try to describe and display our products, including colours, fabric and sizing, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to handloom weaving, hand embroidery, dyeing processes, or differences in screen display — these are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
All prices on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Payment must be completed in full through one of our accepted payment methods before an order is processed.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
We offer free shipping to the UK and USA. Delivery to the UK and USA typically takes 7–15 days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed; Unfoldloom is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our returns process is covered separately in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfoldloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any product, beyond the value of the order in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
