Please read this policy carefully — it explains how manufacturing defects and exchanges are handled.
We accept returns only for genuine manufacturing defects — for example a stitching or fabric fault, or an item that arrives damaged or different from what you ordered. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, a wrong size selected at the time of ordering, or minor natural variations in colour, print or embroidery that are typical of handloom and hand-finished textiles.
If you receive a defective item, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing help@unfoldloom.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photographs (or a short video) showing the defect. Requests raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Our team will review your request. Once it is approved, we will send you the shipping address to which the item should be sent back. Please do not ship anything back before approval and the address have been shared with you, as we cannot accept unapproved parcels.
When the returned item is received and the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will exchange it for a replacement of the same item. There is no extra shipping charge to you for a replacement issued because of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
If the item has no defect and you would simply like to exchange it (for example for a different size or style), the shipping cost for the exchange has to be paid by you. Such a request should also be raised within 48 hours of delivery and is processed in the same way — approval first, then the shipping address, then the exchange.
The item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging, apart from the defect you have reported.
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
